1.2 This agreement concerns the processing of personal data belonging to our customers. The agreement also covers personal data submitted on behalf of TopChauffeur by its partners.

2. Legal Basis for Processing
2.1 Processing of user data and communication resulting from ordering our services will be limited to the legitimate interest we have in providing the ordered services, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR.
2.2 Communication beyond our legitimate interest in processing the order and providing the ordered service requires the explicit consent of the user, granted by a separate act of their free will.
3. Data We Collect
3.1 Processing of personal data of our customers may include the following personal data:
Booking Information:
- Date, time, airport and flight number (or train station, rail line number, etc.)
- Number of passengers and travel itinerary, including starting and destination points
- Number of pieces of luggage, if applicable
- Vehicle category selected by the customer
- Number of child car seats required
- Special requests from the customer
- Meeting point with the customer at the airport, train station, etc.

- Phone number
- Email address
Service-Related Data:
- Phone numbers of TopChauffeur representatives and other information necessary for proper execution of the service
- Modifications and updates to booking information communicated through appropriate channels
4. How We Use Your Data
4.1 As part of the completed order, in order to effectively provide the ordered services, we will send you electronic messages for the following purposes:
- Booking confirmation - Confirmation of your reservation details
- Order modifications - Updates to your booking
- Invoice - Payment documentation for your service
- Service quality review invitation - Request for feedback for internal quality control
4.2 We also reserve the right to contact you by phone using the number provided in the order form, if necessary for service delivery.
4.3 If we determine that there is a need related to our legitimate interest or if it becomes necessary to provide the service, we reserve the right to contact you electronically for additional purposes not specifically mentioned here.
5. Data Processing Location
5.1 Processing of personal data will take place exclusively in a member state of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as a 'Member State') or in another state that is a party to the agreement on the European Economic Area.
5.2 Transfer of data to a third country is subject to our prior consent and will only be available when certain preconditions provided for in the GDPR text are met (in particular Article 44 et seq.).
