The trip
A long day in one private car
This is a private, chauffeur-driven round trip between Warsaw and the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial, completed in a single day. A Mercedes-Benz with an English-speaking driver collects you at your address anywhere in Warsaw, covers the roughly 330 km to Oświęcim, stays on site while you visit, and brings you back the same evening. The day follows your own schedule instead of a group's, and the return leg is already included.
The drive takes 3.5 to 4 hours each way. With a visit of around 3.5 hours, the full day runs roughly 11 to 13 hours door to door. You choose the departure time, stop when you need to, and rest on the road in both directions. Coach tours run on a fixed group timetable. This transfer runs on yours.
The Memorial admits visitors at reserved times. You book your timed entry pass through the official Auschwitz Memorial channel; an educator-led visit is a separate arrangement made directly with the Memorial, not something we provide. Because your entry time is fixed, we set the Warsaw departure early enough to arrive with a clear margin. Flag either one when you book and we can help.
The price is fixed per vehicle for the entire day. The "from" rate on this page reflects live pricing for the Warsaw pickup zone, and you see the exact amount for your vehicle before you confirm. Warsaw Chopin Airport sits inside the same zone, so a pickup straight from arrivals costs the same fixed rate as any city address.
